Your Tasks
As the leader of FUSIO, you take overall responsibility for the community and ensure everything runs smoothly in all areas. You are the point of contact for members and team members and always keep an eye on FUSIO's development.
Your tasks include:
Overall management and strategic development of FUSIO
Organization and management of the community
Leadership and coordination of individual community areas
Planning and implementation of new projects, events, and concepts
Supporting and leading the team
Ensuring a positive and professional community atmosphere
Making decisions and participating in important organizational matters
What You Should Bring
Requirements
At least 18 years old
Very good German skills, both spoken and written
Basic knowledge of English for communication and understanding English-language content
Nice to Have
Experience in community management, team leadership, or similar areas
Organizational skills and sense of responsibility
Independent and structured way of working
Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team
Motivation to help develop FUSIO in the long term
