A significant part of building an online community is ensuring that your team's efforts are aligned in the right direction. Having a weekly team meeting is beneficial, but ensure that you set a clear and achievable objective and establish a specific deadline. This helps your team know what is expected and when it should be completed.

If you notice that none of these goals are being met, it might be time to look for more enthusiastic members. This is not a one-and-done thing; it's a process that takes time and practice.
