Phasmophobia “Chronicle” Update Releases June 24th

Kinetic Games has now officially confirmed the launch date of Chronicle as the "biggest update" for its co-op survival horror game Phasmophobia. The update will be released in early access on PC, alongside PlayStation and Xbox consoles, on June 24th.

This patch will revolutionize the investigation system, introducing three additional types of evidence to the investigation. One of them is the Sound Recorder, which captures paranormal sounds and responses from the Spirit Box. This will add an extra layer of immersion and suspense to the gameplay.

PhasmophobiaIn addition to these features, the Journal will be completely reworked. The "Photos" tab will be replaced by a "Media" tab, where images, videos, and audio recordings will be stored. The update will make it easier to store and fetch gathered evidence. The rewards and achievements system will also undergo significant changes: the first gathering of evidence will be designated as "Unique" and provide more XP and money, while the same evidence collected in turn will provide less.
