🐵 Code Monkeys — What’s Been Going On Lately

Some cool (and chaotic) stuff going down in the server lately:

• People building React Native apps that talk to Node.js backends, figuring out how to ship them without ngrok.
• Regex wizardry in Google Docs trying to wipe everything after [COLOR=red]. (Yes, it broke a few brains.)
• EC2 headaches — someone learned the hard way that the File constructor doesn’t exist outside the browser 😅
• A Unity dev is scripting NPC interactions and trying to stop players from talking to NPCs from across the map (E spam included).
• We’ve got folks prepping for AWS interviews and brushing up on Network+ while battling imposter syndrome (and winning).
• A couple members are diving deeper into scraping and automation, trying to understand fingerprinting, cookies, and anti-bot measures like a real-life hacker movie — but nerdier.
• Someone dropped a CLI project called create-waffle that might be malware… but actually isn’t. (We think.)

And through all this, there’s been a steady stream of:

• No-judgment questions
• Half-finished GitHub repos
• Offers to collab
• Solid answers
• And jokes about meme coins and presidential tokens

Honestly? It’s been fun. Whether you're just starting out or knee-deep in cloud infra, there's usually someone in the same boat (or at least cheering from shore).
