I like to lean back sometimes and ask myself, "What do I actually need to be doing to improve myself or my project?"

It's easy to get caught up in something that seems interesting or important, only to realize that it's pointless later. It's not about knowing the correct answer. It's about bringing your efforts back to center so you can truly move forward.

I've seen many community leaders work on side projects that the community doesn't really care about. Again, it's okay to work on fun projects, but maybe you have been so busy working on this thing that you haven't even realized that you are not interested in it anymore, let alone your community.
