We’re not an extremely strict community, and honest mistakes—especially accidental rule breaks—aren’t treated like the end of the world. Moderation is generally understanding and focused on keeping things peaceful rather than punishing people over every little mistake.

That said, the basic rules still matter. Being friendly, respectful, and considerate of other members is expected, and deliberately causing problems, harassing others, or repeatedly ignoring the rules isn’t acceptable. Soft enforcement doesn’t mean no rules—it means we use common sense and give people room to make mistakes.
