Ciao, I'm Valentina.

I'm the Community Success, Outreach, and Marketing person at Grivio. In practice that means I'm here for the communities, helping them set up their page properly, grow, and actually use Grivio the way it's meant to be used. I also do outreach and take care of all the social media and content strategy. The digital side and the people side, both.

A little bit of my background? Shall we? I started with web design, graphic design, then photography and retouching, then teaching beauty and fashion retouching, then the Apple Developer Academy where I studied marketing, business, and app design. What it gave me is a pretty wide view of how things work online, which helps.

I'm a military spouse, so I've moved a lot. New country, new culture, sometimes a language you don't speak yet. In that kind of life, communities become a must. That's the only way you start knowing people, start hanging out, stop feeling alone. I grew up in Italy where community has always been a big thing — food, sharing life, just being around people — and moving around constantly made me feel how much that actually matters. That's why I care about this work the way I do.

When I found Grivio, I went to my husband and said "look at this, this is so cool." I would use it as a customer. That's honestly why I'm here.
